Track iOS app issues with bugTrap and DoneDone

Today, we’re excited to announce that DoneDone now integrates with bugTrap, a brand new iOS app for reporting bugs in mobile apps and websites.

With bugTrap, mobile users can take screenshots of an app or website, then easily annotate the screenshot with simple lines, shapes, and arrows. Screenshots can then be sent directly to DoneDone, where they become tracked issues.

Submitted issues automatically include the user’s device information — so you know exactly what hardware and software was used when the issue occurred. You’ll be saving time on both reporting bugs on mobile and having to bounce back and forth to get more information regarding a user’s device. It’s a great time save.

Here’s what an issue submitted via bugTrap looks like in DoneDone:

As you can see, bugTrap is a great tool for mobile developers who need feedback from their users and clients. The best news? It’s available in the App Store right now! So, go ahead and install it on your iOS device and start tracking mobile app issues in DoneDone today!
